A special treat.. ribs!

He's the most adorable Mexican mutt you will ever see! People have said he looks chichuahua, pit bull, weiner dog, and Rhodesian Ridgeback, among other things. He has a dark ridge of hair down his back, beautiful green eyes, short stubby wide feet, white underbelly, floppy ears, sharp teeth, and loves to sleep and play and bite and follow you around. He's adorable. He belongs to Dave and I and stays at Dave's place in Escondido.
Dave found him and rescued him from La Salina. He picked him up one night (July 2) outside the Taj Garage and Cayo immediately fell asleep on his chest. Dave put him down and walked back to the Cantina. Cayo kept following him so after 2 blocks Dave finally picked him up and brought him to me and I've loved him ever since. He slept so much the first night we got him. He's been spoiled ever since we picked him up.
He looks about 2 months old. We brought him home with us on July 4. He slept peacefully in the back seat as we crossed the border into freedom. He's even already been to his first block party at my place on the 4th of July. What a party animal!
We decided his birfday is May 5, 2006. We think he's about 2 months old and he's from Mexico so that's an appropriate day to celebrate his birth!

He even has a little white patch of goatee hair on his chin

He likes to lay on my shoulders when I drive ..

Just checking out the view

He's got the funniest run
I love him so much I even fell asleep with him in my arms on the cement driveway!
